    First an introduction of who I am, I think…     The space between sanity and insanity   The "Middle Ground":   A person can exist between these states, maintaining awareness of their own mental health needs while managing daily, often difficult, cognitive and emotional challenges.   That’s where I dwell.   How I got there was likely through a series of traumatic events that likely date back to my childhood-some 60 years ago.
