Is Canada manipulated by its allies?

 

The following is in response to a CBC report about how the Communication Security Establishment- "The CSE's", un-authorized the release of information about Canadian citizens to international partners.

The point I am making in that letter is that The CSE is an extension of American intelligence, which over the years, created unsurmountable liabilities for Canada, aided by the national broadcaster-the CBC, and some of its illegitimate journalists.

In the early 2000's I was asked by some officers of the national police, the RCMP, to provide journalists with documents that, to my ignorance, pertained to international crimes that involved Canada's former Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney.

It was shortly after that I was able to confirm that if the authorities in Canada and the Us would have taken the allegations seriously, and The CBC would have reported on it, the 9/11 attacks could have been prevented.

However if that was the end of it we could chuck it up as a comprehensive oversight, but it didn't stop there and as a result millions of people died around the world through in part, the enhancement and deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Today I am still curating new data that demonstrates credible allegations that SARS-CoV-2 was weaponized and deployed. I advised Canadian and American authorities, but not one question was asked.

I have asked that Prime Minister Carney call for the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate the role of Elon Musk and Donald Trump in the weaponization and deployment of the virus.

It would be too easy to dismiss the allegations that I have set forth, if my only goal was to gain attention through wild conspiracy theories, and then, I would go to jail for submitting such to the Attorney General of Canada- which I did.

It is however unlikely that anyone would take such actions against me, because I have always been right enough with my investigative products, and they know that.

30 years ago I made a promise to a soldier that had survived the Pearl Harbour attacks, this is why I curated the data.

The financial damages that Canada could be found liable for would be in the trillions of dollars, the United States would be worst.

I have long dealt with what I suspected was damage control expedition by the CSE in matters of apparent national security, that in time I was accidentally involved in.

What wasn’t clear is who’s interests the CSE was protecting.

The Airbus Case:

One example is the Airbus case, whereas I was in regular contact with Stevie Cameron but yet, when asked by the Chair of the ethics committee if anyone had suggested new evidence in the case against Brian Mulroney during the investigation, she dissembled and said that no one had contacted her.

In fact she had provided further information against Mulroney that afforded us to allege that Mulroney had received his illicit commissions through an individual whom was also invested in the financing of the 9/11 terrorists.

The election interference by Chinese interests:

I had proposed at the time to advance my own testimony in the case to parliament due to the involvement of The Right Honourable David Johnston, a former Governor General of Canada, appointed by Stephen Harper after  Johnston defined the the terms of the Inquiry that Harper had called for, after I had advised him of 9/11 terrorist financiers involvement in the payment of the illicit commissions to Brian Mulroney.

Johnston declared however that the investigation of the Airbus commissions paid to Mulroney were “well tilled grounds”, and as such, manipulated the terms to avoid the issues. Involved in Johnston’s Special Rapporteur role, was a law firm whom had for a client, The CSE.

Tory, the law firm, was also involved in the definition of the terms of the Royal Commission that investigated Mulroney.

How this all came about:

My involvement in these two specific matters came about when I was asked by the Vancouver detachment of the RCMP to provide my files that pertained to money laundering schemes- in an unrelated matter,  to Harvey Cashore of the CBC’s news magazine The Fifth Estate.

In the years that followed, Cashore’s behaviour in the matters became incongruent. He promoted that the payments to Mulroney came from Karlheinz Schreiber when, according to the CEO of Kroll Inc., Jules Kroll,-the parent company of Kroll Canada, an information contractor for the RCMP,  Mulroney received the illicit payments through one Liechtenstein banker called Engelbert Schreiber Sr., whom in 2007 was named as a defendant in a suit brought by a former FBI anti-terrorism officer in charge, John P. O’Neil. O’Neil perished in the towers on the day of the attacks.

Under oath, Karlheinz Schreiber’s accountant testified to the Ethics Committee that indeed he shared office with Engelbert Schreiber Sr.

In 1990 I was retained by the Board of Directors of a Canadian public company to determine if a theft of treasury occurred and if so, what was the tally of the theft.

We determined that 340 million dollars US was funnelled through Isle of Man shell entities, through structures you might colloquially interpret as public washrooms, whereas anyone can use them and where transactions are eventually flushed out through the appointment of different directors.

Unbeknownst to me at the time was the extent of geopolitical involvement in those various entities.

In an unusually large Nutshell:

While simply looking for my clients’ money over the years, we came across a common player in all of the shells we monitored, an Isle of Man resident called Peter Michael Bond. He is the reason why some RCMP officers foolishly thought that by handing my files to Harvey Cashore, the scheme would be exposed whereas Mulroney would in fact be alleged of being found guilty of receiving illicit commissions.

It turns out that at various times, Bond was the Secretary in various shells that involved but is not limited to:

- Former Prime Minister of Britain, Margaret Thatcher,

- Former Prime Minister of Britain, John Majors,

- Former President of the United States, George H.W. Bush Sr.,

- Former Prime Minster of Canada, Brian Mulroney,

- Engelbert Schreiber Sr.

- Current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

At material times, the involvement of these individuals coincided with geopolitical catastrophes such as the financing of the 9/11 attacks, Russia expropriation of Yukos Oil- which was arbitrated by a former colleague of Brian Mulroney, through to this day, suspicions of the weaponization and deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

That is what the CSE is hiding.

On a personal note:

In 1990 when I first got involved in these matters, I was too unsophisticated to construct conspiracy theories on my own and I was weary of those that went further than what I can prove to myself. 

But I had made an irresponsible promise and when nothing went anywhere judicially, I curated the information I had against the developments of the day, year after year, refusing to lend credibility to what I was witnessing.

In 2020 I found myself in a predicament where I felt compelled to advise the NIH of the potential deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Allegations I advanced at the time were that the virus was spread through perfumes.

The NIH advanced my concerns and I did not follow up.

Suddenly Elon Musk came up with his own perfumed called Burnt Hair, which as you might imagine-I am told, smells like, well, Elon Musk’s interpretation of burnt hair.

Without going into every details here, I asked Prime Minister Carney to call for the Appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate the roles of Elon Musk and Donald Trump in the weaponization and deployment of the virus that caused the 2020 pandemic.

As you can imagine, that did not enhance my credibility. I took the risk because, if I were in fact delusional, it would be fast and easy to prove. On the other hand if there was any truth to what I advanced, Musk and Trump would be reluctant to commence litigation against me or any sources I have.

As of now, if in fact I had provided false evidence to the authorities, I would likely be charged with a crime and jailed. I did provide allegations for more than a year now and no threats were made against me with criminal allegations.

This is not my first rodeo, my investigative files in the 9/11 matters were taken up by American Senator Carl Levin. He successfully fined Riggs Bank, and the bank was dismantled and sold for parts. From there my investigative product made its way to the investigators of the 9/11 Commission, causing for the resignation of Dr. Kissinger and eventually the resignation of the Director of the CIA, George Tenet.

Richard Clark- I am told, in his testimony in front of the Commission apologized to the American people because of my claims, and the RCMP and the FBI’s failure to react in July of 2001, when I had inadvertently advised of strange fund transfers that were eventually identified as payments to the terrorist that flew the planes into those structures.

I tend to lend credence to the fact that, at worst, our political leaders in Canada would rather have seven million people killed, than put at risk 39 million Canadian citizens because of mis-information intelligence theorists.

In Conclusion:

There is no scenario where these matters would ever be litigated publicly or otherwise, without destroying any credibility the western world might have however, I worked too hard for way too long to have my credibility trashed.

The CBC’s Harvey Cashore did that when he ignored the file I gave him on behalf of the RCMP.

Your news organization is just as guilty as anyone in the killing of millions of individual worldwide, if only for the fact that it was your duty to report facts.

The CBC is the very embodiment of journalistic prostitution.

My name is Daniel Deilgat, I am a financial crimes investigator.

My resume includes, but is not limited to, having determined the financing of the 9/11 attacks and causing for a successful investigation by in part, Senator Carl Levine and providing background information to the 9/11 Commission.

My role initiated in 1990 in investigations that sought to recoup 340 million dollars that was stolen from the treasury of a public company.

I was hired by certain members of the Board of Directors.

From there, we predicted the transfer of funds to 9/11 terrorists, the appointment of a Royal Commission against a former Canadian Prime Minister, the resignation of both George Tenet Director of the CIA and Dr. Henry Kissinger as Co-Chair of the 9/11 Commission.

Then National Security Richard Clark, apologized to the American people for having failed them, in his testimony in front of the Commission.

We also advised of the role of Vladimir Putin in a constellation of shell companies located in The Isle of Man that had, in part, a direct role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks. The advice was provided in an unsolicited matter to the Justice Department on several occasions that spanned several presidential administration.

All of the above is well documented with law enforcement and the intelligence communities in both Canada and the United States, as well as in England and Europe.

In September of 2020 I advised the National Institute of Health that we had concerns initially that Covid would be dispersed through various perfumes.

As our investigation progressed, we were able to determined that bio-chemicals such as Nitro-musks enhance the bindability of the Sars-CoV-2 virus and were used in the weaponization of the virus.

Through a thorough analysis, we have determined that Elon Musk had vested interests in the propagation of the Covid-19 virus. In time, we came to the preliminary conclusion that Elon Musk deployed such chemicals to enhance the potency of the virus.

Shortly after, Musk became the richest man in the world by exercising is pay package from Tesla.

While there is arguably significant circumstantial evidence to support the intent of such a biological  attack, in our communication with the justice department our concerns fell on deaf ears.

We have standing concerns that the current Attorney General could be facilitating a cover-up and could stand suspected of treason.

In analyzing the Colossus project of Elon Musk in Memphis, we have reasons to be concerned that the deployment of solution in the air at the site, is likely a delivery system for specific pollutants who’s aim is to further enhance the Sars-CoV-2 virus.

You need an immediate analysis of the circumstances as the city of Memphis could be the new Wuhan.

I am satisfied that the city of Memphis has been advised.

When information entertainers justify genocide...

 

The following is mine addressed to Mike Smerconish the CNN information entertainer.

Mike is a lawyer and a Reagan groupie.

In his weekly show on CNN, he represented that he was disappointed to see Elon Musk leave.

I take exception to this and here's what I wrote back.

I posted on Bluesky:

Smerk, you sound like a psychiatrists with an autistic kid.

-Oh at least he tried: 

The cuts to USAID are estimated so far at 300,000 deaths, mostly children.

- He broke things to fix them: 

Yeah about that, his father said the same thing about Musk taking car doors apart and never fixing them.

-He saved 170 billion but even if that number is half of that: 

Wasn't the initial estimate 2 trillion? To me that tells me he had no idea what the problem was and just started cutting regardless of the consequences.

So if I get this right Smerk, you want us to appreciate that the genius is actually innocently dumb?

The conversation about waste, fraud and abuse is as old as politics itself, but hey who cares.

You trivialize the fact that changes can't come about overnight.

The problem lies in past mistakes of previous political administrations and voters irrational beliefs.

Let me give you an example:

No politicians have ever won an election promising a tax hike.

I would have been more receptive if you would have opine that we got conned into cuts, but that the problem is still that we keep voting for irrational promises that keep destroying our standard of living.

Musk is a con man, he is mentally unstable, intelligent to a point of dumbassery.

Musk has a long, very long history of lying. 

In his head he lives in a fantasy world where he doesn't let significant obstacles get in the way of his dreams, like populating Mars.

Look at the names he picks for his projects, all based on fictional super heroes. 

Elon Musk is the current suspect in the weaponization of Covid through the use of Nitro-musks.

His Memphis operation released tons of this non- biodegradable chemical through operations of generators producing electricity to power his so-called biggest computer in the world.

Residents in the immediate vicinity of his factory all are developing respiratory symptoms. The smell is a giveaway of the presence of synthetic Nitro-musks as well.

Arguably it would take less than 72 hours to evidence that.

But the EPA has no intentions of going against Musk.

In fact, the contamination of the air with Nitro-musks has proven to enhance the bindability of viruses such as in this case, the Sars-CoV-2 virus.

You should not believe anything I say without first investing into a preliminary investigation.

How much could it cost to debunk my theory, 100 gran?

I'm guessing that some moron-albeit considering all the circumstantial evidence would say something like:

if we investigated every crack pot theories we would go bankrupt or, none of the science corroborates my claims.

I guess that's why the NIH took the time advance that theory when I contacted them in 2020...

Musk tested his bio-weapon through a sample run of a perfume he produced called Burnt Hair. That afforded him some deniability in case he was ever found to have purchased the chemicals from either India or China.

During Trump's first term, through the advice of Musk associate Peter Thiel, the Trump admin pushed the lab theory in China in order to cast away the doubts that the virus was locally weaponized.

A few minutes after being sworn in, John Ratcliff re-asserted the lab leak theory, literally minutes...

Yes there are all kinds of nut jobs out there pushing all kinds of theories.

But, when Sen. Carl Levin investigated the financing of the 9/11 attacks, it was my investigative product he used and then forwarded to the 9/11 commission.

Dick Clark apologized to the American people for ignoring my work.

Smerk it is never good entertainment-journalism to attack the richest man in the world, but it is also a liability prone project, I understand that.

Just know that over 7 million people died when they didn't need to at the time they did and that trillions were lost during the pandemic.

However, it might be a relief for you to know that Musk got very rich just at the time that the pandemic hit.

He planned his pay package perfectly when the shares of Tesla were at their lowest.

Your are wrong and people are paying with their lives for your stupidity.

Trusting to a mentally handicapped, drug impaired person such tricky and dangerous predicaments is the epitome of recklessness and abandonment.

It is never good politics to justify solutions regardless of the body count.

Engineering a mass murderer: The Life of Elon Musk, Part -2- The Genocide Book

 

The latter is an abstract of Open-Source raw data compiled against non-public investigative products assembled by a variety of investigators specializing mostly in financial research.

Technical data is omitted from this abstract report but the information provided is enough to have qualified scientists dispute its validity.

 

Some of the chemicals I wrote about are in the Nitro-Musk family of synthetic chemicals used primarily in the perfume industry. Nitro-Musks were discovered more than a hundred years ago when scientists were trying to improve on the explosivity of TNT.

By-products of such research is used today in rocket technology.

 

Now about The Elon.

 

Elon Musk admits that he suffers from Asperger Syndrome.

 

Asperger’s syndrome, a form of Autism Spectrum Disorder, is a developmental disorder. Young people with Asperger’s Syndrome may have a hard time relating to others socially, repetitive behavior patterns, and a narrow range of interests.

 

People with Asperger syndrome see, hear and feel the world differently than other people. They don’t have learning disabilities that many Autistic people have, but they may have specific learning difficulties.

 

The working theory when it comes to Elon Musk is that he was abused and/or was witness to violent abuse as a child, or both. 

From there, he transitioned from being a victim to being the aggressor.

His Asperger Syndrome afforded him the ability to focus on his revenge and what he needs to accomplish such.

 

The world for him is a mean place, a bad place where only hurt is a means to an end. He wants to change that but, in order to do that, he must first eliminate the threat.

He needs to create a reset of sorts where people would live in an utopia, free of greed and violence, in other words, assassinate democracy.

 

In his attempts to engage in a reboot of societies worldwide, he experienced with all kinds of ideas. Sought the knowledge to achieve his goals and the wealth to afford them.

It began as a child when he read a fiction book about populating Mars. In fact, his father admits that he was influenced in naming his son Elon, after the fake character in that book, that led the people of Mars, “The Elon”.

 

First Elon would need rockets to go to Mars- then came Space X. People of Mars lived in underground communities, eventually he would create the Boring Company, an enterprise specializing in tunnelling.

 

But before that he needed money so eventually, after a few attempts at peddling software, he had enough money to form X, a company that would revolutionize banking- or so he claimed. Eventually he joined PayPal and integrated his X project with PayPal and Peter Thiel along with what would eventually be known as the PayPal mafia.

 

It was discovered that a back door was programmed into the software of X,  that gave access to anyone’s bank accounts, in essence opportunity to steal anyone’s money…

 

X was shut down and Musk was ousted as CEO of PayPal, replaced by Peter Thiel.

PayPal was sold and this was Musk first huge pay day, but it wasn’t near enough.

 

In order to achieve his goals, Musk needed much more money and stealing from the people he identified as thieves, well, it wasn’t like stealing from honest people now was it?

 

He bought into Tesla and forced the founders of Tesla to identify him also as a founder- his first major public lie.

 

Tesla became a success story once it lied about having the backing of Mercedes, in order to obtain government subsidies from the US Government, at the time, and at the behest of Daimler-Benz.

 

Then he cooked up Tesla’s books by adding environmental credits it received from the US Government that it sold to competitors.

As recently as this year. Tesla is in a court fight where it is accused of having sped up the odometers on their cars to avoid costly warranty expenditures.

 

In the process of building his empire, Elon Musk was granted security clearances by the US government for his work as a defence contractor.

 

During the pandemic, Musk had an agreement with the board of Tesla to have his remuneration paid once the company had achieve certain goals. The pandemic would have afforded him the possibility to purchase millions of shares of Tesla at a substantial discount, making Musk, suddenly, the richest man in the world.

 

It is suspected that Musk weaponized the SARS-CoV-2 virus in order to-in part, exaggerate his wealth by depressing the stock price of Tesla through the deliberate deployment of Covid-19, killing more than 7 million people worldwide.

 

The public record alone is more than enough to plow through, in order to establish circumstantial evidence however, there are witness’ whom found themselves as inadvertent co-conspirators in Musk’s weaponization and deployment of the Covid-19 virus, and they are thorned in the face of having their lives ruined.

Such individuals are not only former collaborators but also multiple intelligence agents in the US, as well as Donald Trump, the current President of the United States.

All of whom have enabled Elon Musk to advance his goals of revenge.

 

Elon Musk knows that he won’t populate Mars and he understands that if he can fix Mars to be habitable, he can fix the problems caused by the environment here on earth. So why move to Mars?

 

The problem is that he knows the planet has been contaminated with synthetic - man made, bio chemicals that enhance certain types of viruses and diseases to a point that every outbreak likely would create a new pandemic.

That such chemicals were unleashed to advance his goals of revenge.

 

The irony in all of this is that such bio chemicals are in most bodies of water on the planet now because they are not bio-degradable.

The problem with all GOP legislators and members of the Trump cabinet including the President, is that the very fact that they were contaminated by Elon Musk's criminal behaviour, makes them accessories to the murder of in excess of 7 million individuals.

That both the Justice Department  and the intelligence community are concealing such, is an act of treason.

 The evidence is in every sewer pipes around the world.

Dear American citizens, Canadian citizens and the whole of the population of the world.

On or about the 26th of January 2025 I wrote the following but never published it publicly.

I did however write to the American Ambassador to Canada in Ottawa and to attorney General Pam Bondi, where I expressed my concerns as to her potential criminal actions not excluding treason on her part.

We believe that there is ample evidence to prove that the Sars-CoV-2 virus was weaponized and deployed by Elon Musk and various affiliates with the implied knowledge of Donald Trump.

We have the evidence to support our claims and no one at the Justice Department wants to hear it.

The Prime Minister of Canada doesn't seem concerned and the Canadian National Police- The RCMP is looking at liabilities in excess of 50 billion dollars for their lack of timely actions in the various cases brought to them over the years.

We intend to take all necessary legal actions.

Below is an executive summary that supports the involvement of Vladimir Putin in the financing of the 9/11 attacks and his role in conspiring with Donald Trump to suppress evidence of the provenance of Covid.

I advised in July of 2001 about strange liquidations of assets in overseas shell companies. It turns out- after a Senate investigation that involved Sen. Carl Levin, that these liquidations were directly related to the financing of the 9/11 terrorists that flew the planes in your buildings on September the 11th, 2001.

No one inquired about the allegations back in July, August and September of 2001. On the 12th of September 2001, the office of the Prime Minister of Canada dispatched two national security officers and they didn’t do anything either.

In August of 2001 I advised the Canadian authorities and I believe that they did not advise their American counterparts.

However an FBI attache at the American Embassy in Ottawa set up a personal email to receive my complaint, but by then it was too late.

My investigative product helped a Senate committee involving ranking member Carl Levin prove that Riggs bank laundered money for terrorism purposes and the bank paid a 25 million dollars fine and was dismantled, sold to a Pittsburgh bank.

When my report made it to the investigators of the 9/11 commission, Dr. Henry Kissinger resigned from his position due to conflicts of interests between his private consulting practice and assets controlled by Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia.

Evidence pertaining to the relationship between Putin and the 9/11 financiers is currently held by the Attorney General’s Office, Mrs. Pam Bondi.

Concurrently, in 2020, while consolidating data from my files that spanned the better part of 30 years, I began identifying parallels between again, Vladimir Putin and others, including Donald Trump-by association.

I advised the NIH primarily on the method used to spread the Covid virus.

My preliminary report was that Sars/Covid was weaponized and likely distributed through luxury items such as, in part, perfumes.

Again nobody asked any questions but I know from sources that the CIA had the open source data.

Given the alleged non-arms length involvement of individuals like Vladimir Putin and others, and the unconventional relationship between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, concerns grew that another attack/pandemic could be launched in 2028.

Yesterday, the newly appointed Director of the CIA John Ratcliffe inexplicably made an out of context announcement about the CIA now believing that the Covid virus was likely due to a lab leak.

Ratcliffe is suggesting that the CIA will now suddenly change the focus of their investigation into the provenance of Covid 19.

This combined with orders to silence the NIH and  the CDC, is creating a national security issue whereas the administration of Donald Trump is deploying intent to conceal a biological attack and/or preparing the stage for the next one.

There is a 30+ years record of my involvement in these case and others. None of my reports were ever proven wrong, conspiratorial or alarmist.

This time however, I have no other choice but to advise of the findings that are not only mine but are the product of tens of investigators spread throughout the world.

We welcome any inquiries by any authoritative bodies.

Peu après avoir réalisé que, comme les paiements de l'ancien Premier ministre transitaient par les mêmes entités de l'île de Man que celles où les fonds de nos clients étaient blanchis, nous en avons conclu que la GRC, et par extension le gouvernement canadien, s'étaient livrées à une campagne de désinformation et avaient refusé d'enquêter sur le vol de trésorerie de l'entreprise de mes clients, probablement pour des raisons de sécurité nationale.

C'est alors qu'en juin 2001, nous avons réalisé que des liquidations étranges et importantes avaient lieu dans toutes les entités de l'île de Man. En juillet, puis en août 2001, j'ai discuté avec le sergent Bennington, du détachement de la GRC de Vancouver. En août, il a finalement accepté de désigner un enquêteur, le sergent Fozard, et la réunion a été fixée au mardi 11 septembre 2001.

Le sergent Bennington s'est montré non seulement condescendant, mais a semblé trouver cela drôle lorsqu'il a fixé la date, ce que j'ai pris pour du sarcasme.

Ce matin-là, les tours jumelles ont été attaquées.

Une enquête menée par le sénateur Carl Levin a utilisé mes résultats d'enquête et la banque Riggs a été reconnue coupable de blanchiment d'argent et de transfert d'argent au terroriste qui a percuté les avions.

Mes résultats d'enquête ont circulé auprès de diverses agences de renseignement et ont finalement été remis aux enquêteurs de la Commission du 11 septembre.

De là, Richard Clarke, ancien conseiller à la sécurité nationale de George W. Bush Jr., a présenté ses excuses au peuple américain pour son manquement, sans toutefois reconnaître directement mon travail.

Je pense avoir provoqué la démission de George Tenet, directeur de la CIA, et du Dr Henry Kissinger, coprésident de la Commission du 11 septembre, lorsque j'ai mentionné que Kissinger était en conflit d'intérêts dans ces affaires.

Tout au long de cette affaire, j'ai tenu les autorités canadiennes informées de mes allégations.

En 2007, Jules Kroll, président de Kroll Inc., la société mère de Kroll Canada, a fait une déclaration publique à la journaliste Beverly Komisar, selon laquelle des paiements à Mulroney dans le cadre du scandale Airbus auraient été effectués par l'intermédiaire d'un banquier liechtensteinois du nom d'Engelbert Schreiber Sr. À l'époque, Schreiber était poursuivi dans l'État de New York pour avoir joué un rôle dans le financement des attentats du 11 septembre.

J'ai immédiatement informé le cabinet du premier ministre de l'époque, Stephen Harper, qui a immédiatement demandé la création d'une commission royale.

Les termes de la commission ont cependant été manipulés afin d'éviter la raison même pour laquelle Harper avait initialement demandé la création de la commission.

De là, le Dr David Johnston, en échange de sa récompense, a été nommé gouverneur général du Canada.

Lorsque le Dr Johnston et son avocat, qui représentent également le Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications, ont été retenus par le gouvernement de Justin Trudeau dans le cadre de l'affaire de l'ingérence chinoise dans les élections, j'ai présenté une ébauche de mon témoignage au comité et le Dr Johnston a immédiatement démissionné de son poste de rapporteur spécial.

Lorsque la pandémie a bouleversé la vie de tous, on m'a demandé d'analyser les liens financiers, s'il y en avait, entre la propagation de la Covid-19 et ceux qui auraient pu s'enrichir grâce à cette situation.

À l'époque, j'ai confié mon opinion à l'Institut national de la santé (NIH).

Notre enquête a alors pris un tournant. Pour ma part, j'ai étudié le lien entre les parfums de luxe et la propagation du virus.

J'ai finalement opté pour l'ajout de substances biochimiques synthétiques qui renforcent la liaison des protéines du virus aux poumons humains et ont la propriété unique de pénétrer la peau et de s'injecter dans le corps humain.

Ces substances biochimiques ne se dissolvent pas dans la nature et sont donc présentes dans presque tous les tests d'égouts effectués depuis le début de la pandémie.

En d'autres termes, les preuves sont là, sous nos pieds.

C'est au même moment, inexplicablement, qu'Elon Musk, par l'intermédiaire de sa société Boring, une entreprise de construction, a fait la promotion d'un nouveau parfum appelé Burnt Hair. Un parfum odorant qu'aucune personne raisonnable ne porterait.

C'est alors que j'ai soulevé ces questions publiquement et incité d'autres enquêteurs et scientifiques à approfondir leurs recherches.

Bien que je sois le seul à pouvoir soulever des allégations contre le rôle d'Elon Musk dans le déploiement du virus et des allégations de meurtre de masse, le dossier établi établit que Musk avait les moyens, la motivation et l'intention de créer de telles attaques biologiques pour faire avancer ses propres projets commerciaux et ses objectifs idéologiques.

Une analyse abstraite de sa vie confirme l'intention qu'il a développée à travers la construction psychologique de son enfance.

Les preuves suggèrent que Musk a acquis ces produits chimiques en Inde et/ou en Chine, ou les deux. Ce qui est également préoccupant, c'est que les attaques s'inscrivent dans un calendrier de huit ans qui a débuté avec le premier SARS-CoV-2, peu après que Musk a déclaré ne plus croire en la démocratie.

J'ai informé le ministère de la Justice du Canada ainsi que le ministère de la Justice à Washington D.C., afin de déclencher le chronomètre.

Comme il faut supposer que des deux côtés de la frontière, les forces de l'ordre compétentes ont été informées, aucune n'a enquêté sur ces allégations. De plus, aucune action en justice n'a été intentée pour réfuter, discréditer ou remettre en question les allégations.

Nous sommes maintenant à un point où les protocoles de sécurité nationale constituent une menace réelle pour la sécurité nationale du Canada et des États-Unis.

Je vous demande par la présente de demander la création d'une commission royale d'enquête sur les lacunes historiques de la GRC et des agences de sécurité nationale du Canada et leur rôle involontaire dans la facilitation d'attaques biologiques qui, par négligence, ont tué plus de 7 millions de personnes dans le monde.

La clé pour sauver le Canada commence par une application judiciaire de nos lois et la protection des vies.
