The following is in response to a CBC report about how the Communication Security Establishment- "The CSE's", un-authorized the release of information about Canadian citizens to international partners.
The point I am making in that letter is that The CSE is an extension of American intelligence, which over the years, created unsurmountable liabilities for Canada, aided by the national broadcaster-the CBC, and some of its illegitimate journalists.
In the early 2000's I was asked by some officers of the national police, the RCMP, to provide journalists with documents that, to my ignorance, pertained to international crimes that involved Canada's former Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney.
It was shortly after that I was able to confirm that if the authorities in Canada and the Us would have taken the allegations seriously, and The CBC would have reported on it, the 9/11 attacks could have been prevented.
However if that was the end of it we could chuck it up as a comprehensive oversight, but it didn't stop there and as a result millions of people died around the world through in part, the enhancement and deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Today I am still curating new data that demonstrates credible allegations that SARS-CoV-2 was weaponized and deployed. I advised Canadian and American authorities, but not one question was asked.
I have asked that Prime Minister Carney call for the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate the role of Elon Musk and Donald Trump in the weaponization and deployment of the virus.
It would be too easy to dismiss the allegations that I have set forth, if my only goal was to gain attention through wild conspiracy theories, and then, I would go to jail for submitting such to the Attorney General of Canada- which I did.
It is however unlikely that anyone would take such actions against me, because I have always been right enough with my investigative products, and they know that.
30 years ago I made a promise to a soldier that had survived the Pearl Harbour attacks, this is why I curated the data.
The financial damages that Canada could be found liable for would be in the trillions of dollars, the United States would be worst.

I have long dealt with what I suspected was damage control expedition by the CSE in matters of apparent national security, that in time I was accidentally involved in.
What wasn’t clear is who’s interests the CSE was protecting.
The Airbus Case:
One example is the Airbus case, whereas I was in regular contact with Stevie Cameron but yet, when asked by the Chair of the ethics committee if anyone had suggested new evidence in the case against Brian Mulroney during the investigation, she dissembled and said that no one had contacted her.
In fact she had provided further information against Mulroney that afforded us to allege that Mulroney had received his illicit commissions through an individual whom was also invested in the financing of the 9/11 terrorists.
The election interference by Chinese interests:
I had proposed at the time to advance my own testimony in the case to parliament due to the involvement of The Right Honourable David Johnston, a former Governor General of Canada, appointed by Stephen Harper after Johnston defined the the terms of the Inquiry that Harper had called for, after I had advised him of 9/11 terrorist financiers involvement in the payment of the illicit commissions to Brian Mulroney.
Johnston declared however that the investigation of the Airbus commissions paid to Mulroney were “well tilled grounds”, and as such, manipulated the terms to avoid the issues. Involved in Johnston’s Special Rapporteur role, was a law firm whom had for a client, The CSE.
Tory, the law firm, was also involved in the definition of the terms of the Royal Commission that investigated Mulroney.
How this all came about:
My involvement in these two specific matters came about when I was asked by the Vancouver detachment of the RCMP to provide my files that pertained to money laundering schemes- in an unrelated matter, to Harvey Cashore of the CBC’s news magazine The Fifth Estate.
In the years that followed, Cashore’s behaviour in the matters became incongruent. He promoted that the payments to Mulroney came from Karlheinz Schreiber when, according to the CEO of Kroll Inc., Jules Kroll,-the parent company of Kroll Canada, an information contractor for the RCMP, Mulroney received the illicit payments through one Liechtenstein banker called Engelbert Schreiber Sr., whom in 2007 was named as a defendant in a suit brought by a former FBI anti-terrorism officer in charge, John P. O’Neil. O’Neil perished in the towers on the day of the attacks.
Under oath, Karlheinz Schreiber’s accountant testified to the Ethics Committee that indeed he shared office with Engelbert Schreiber Sr.
In 1990 I was retained by the Board of Directors of a Canadian public company to determine if a theft of treasury occurred and if so, what was the tally of the theft.
We determined that 340 million dollars US was funnelled through Isle of Man shell entities, through structures you might colloquially interpret as public washrooms, whereas anyone can use them and where transactions are eventually flushed out through the appointment of different directors.
Unbeknownst to me at the time was the extent of geopolitical involvement in those various entities.
In an unusually large Nutshell:
While simply looking for my clients’ money over the years, we came across a common player in all of the shells we monitored, an Isle of Man resident called Peter Michael Bond. He is the reason why some RCMP officers foolishly thought that by handing my files to Harvey Cashore, the scheme would be exposed whereas Mulroney would in fact be alleged of being found guilty of receiving illicit commissions.
It turns out that at various times, Bond was the Secretary in various shells that involved but is not limited to:
- Former Prime Minister of Britain, Margaret Thatcher,
- Former Prime Minister of Britain, John Majors,
- Former President of the United States, George H.W. Bush Sr.,
- Former Prime Minster of Canada, Brian Mulroney,
- Engelbert Schreiber Sr.
- Current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
At material times, the involvement of these individuals coincided with geopolitical catastrophes such as the financing of the 9/11 attacks, Russia expropriation of Yukos Oil- which was arbitrated by a former colleague of Brian Mulroney, through to this day, suspicions of the weaponization and deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
That is what the CSE is hiding.
On a personal note:
In 1990 when I first got involved in these matters, I was too unsophisticated to construct conspiracy theories on my own and I was weary of those that went further than what I can prove to myself.
But I had made an irresponsible promise and when nothing went anywhere judicially, I curated the information I had against the developments of the day, year after year, refusing to lend credibility to what I was witnessing.
In 2020 I found myself in a predicament where I felt compelled to advise the NIH of the potential deployment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Allegations I advanced at the time were that the virus was spread through perfumes.
The NIH advanced my concerns and I did not follow up.
Suddenly Elon Musk came up with his own perfumed called Burnt Hair, which as you might imagine-I am told, smells like, well, Elon Musk’s interpretation of burnt hair.
Without going into every details here, I asked Prime Minister Carney to call for the Appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate the roles of Elon Musk and Donald Trump in the weaponization and deployment of the virus that caused the 2020 pandemic.
As you can imagine, that did not enhance my credibility. I took the risk because, if I were in fact delusional, it would be fast and easy to prove. On the other hand if there was any truth to what I advanced, Musk and Trump would be reluctant to commence litigation against me or any sources I have.
As of now, if in fact I had provided false evidence to the authorities, I would likely be charged with a crime and jailed. I did provide allegations for more than a year now and no threats were made against me with criminal allegations.
This is not my first rodeo, my investigative files in the 9/11 matters were taken up by American Senator Carl Levin. He successfully fined Riggs Bank, and the bank was dismantled and sold for parts. From there my investigative product made its way to the investigators of the 9/11 Commission, causing for the resignation of Dr. Kissinger and eventually the resignation of the Director of the CIA, George Tenet.
Richard Clark- I am told, in his testimony in front of the Commission apologized to the American people because of my claims, and the RCMP and the FBI’s failure to react in July of 2001, when I had inadvertently advised of strange fund transfers that were eventually identified as payments to the terrorist that flew the planes into those structures.
I tend to lend credence to the fact that, at worst, our political leaders in Canada would rather have seven million people killed, than put at risk 39 million Canadian citizens because of mis-information intelligence theorists.
In Conclusion:
There is no scenario where these matters would ever be litigated publicly or otherwise, without destroying any credibility the western world might have however, I worked too hard for way too long to have my credibility trashed.
The CBC’s Harvey Cashore did that when he ignored the file I gave him on behalf of the RCMP.
Your news organization is just as guilty as anyone in the killing of millions of individual worldwide, if only for the fact that it was your duty to report facts.
The CBC is the very embodiment of journalistic prostitution.
