Mine to NBC News for the benefit of Savanah Guthrie

For the purpose of transparency, this letter is published and available for all to read at Daniel Deilgat’s discretion. Under the penalty of perjury, I stand firm to the statement herein.

To whom it may concern:

On February 16th, 2026 I wrote to you about a tip we filed with the FBI’s tip line on February the 16th, 2026, and I made light of a tip we had file with the Pima County Sheriff on the 10th of February 2026, prior to the release of the doorbell video.

The suspect we identified is a Qanon sympathizer that has written many letters to Ghyslaine Maxwell, while she was awaiting trial in New York. His picture was first posted on a conspiracy site then called 4Chan, and he provided Maxwell with a copy of the picture in his letters to her.

The writer refers himself in at least one letter as “Qanon”.

The Qanon self proclaimed Shaman is a resident of the Phoenix, Arizona area whom has filed a 40 trillion dollars  lawsuit against Trump- forgive me for mentioning that.

The proximity of the former self labelled Qanon Shaman and Qanon supporters in the Phoenix/Tucson area is data noise we had to consider.

His about face in supporting Trump, along with his apologies for having been part of the January 6th insurrection, still, is somewhat of a mystery.

What is less of a mystery is the fact that in order to confirm the Qanon affiliation with the kidnapping, one would expose issues of national security, more precisely a link between Trump and the abduction. 

I don’t believe anything, I rely on patterns which eventually either turn into facts or approximate facts.

For Example:

When I advised The RCMP in July of 2001 about strange liquidations in Isle of Man shell companies- as part of a $340 theft of treasury for which I was retained to investigate on behalf of the Board of Directors of a Canadian public company, it took two years before that pattern materialized into facts that established the financial sources provided to the pilots of the attacks.

In other words, I had inadvertently found the source of funds provided to the individuals that flew the planes, to pay expenses such as flight school fees, two and a half months before the attacks.

Former staffers of the late Sen. Carl Levin- *************, as well as investigators of the 9/11 commission can attest to that. For further context former national security advisor  Richard Clack and Condoleezza Rice are aware of my involvement.

I was unable to develop the information in time since The RCMP in Canada had set an appointment to discuss the liquidation of Isle of Man funds with Sgt Fozard, on the 11th of September 2001, at 09:00.

In that period I had discuss the issues of Russian money laundering with New York Times journalist Tim O’Brien. Some of these funds that initiated from the Isle of Man would eventually fund some 4Chan members, where Qanon was born, so to speak.

In September of 2020 I had reached out to the NIH in regards to the weaponization of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and in April of 2025 I asked the Canadian government to initiate an investigation into the weaponization of Covid-19. 

That research began actually in 2014 when I began analyzing funds transferred to Epstein and at least one of his associates, Peter Thiel-whom would later become an FBI informant. 

The initial transfers came from T-Bank, a Moscow headquartered bank with at least one office in the United States.

As a custom home builder, I became the target of Epstein and Thiel’s curiosity as I had built 3 houses for one of his Canadian investment banker and renovated part of a centennial home for another of their investment managers. In fact Thiel was so impressed with the name of my company that he decided to name one of his project PraxisNation, copying the name of my company, Praxis Crafted Homes Ltd.

Everything I write herein and elsewhere can be easily substantiated.

Now, as to why I am writing to you.

I am the representative of shareholders that were duped out of $340 million dollars worth of assets in the early 1990’s, and that investigation is ongoing and related financially to the issues at hand.

Beverly Commissaris is one of the first Directors that retained me, followed by Douglas R. Casey, a New York Times best selling author and Director of Allied Cellular Systems Ltd., and eventually the whole Board called for an investigation.

I decided to inform NBC News not only because Savanah Guthrie is an employee, but rather because NBC has published an interview with the Epstein victims in 2019- 10 months before Maxwell was arrested, whereas staffers and producers, might or might not, have become aware of allegations against Epstein and others, that resulted in the abduction of Nancy Guthrie.

Concurrently, Maxwell’s arrest was likely motivated by the facts that she held information deemed to be protected under the national security act and that she is now secured and under supervision. Which might explain her transfer to a minimum security prison and why Donald Trump cannot dismiss the possibility of a pardon. 

Parallel to that, the mentions of Ghyslaine Maxwell in the 2019 interview, and the Qanon individual that wrote so many letters to Maxwell, along with the fact that he sent Maxwell a picture that was first posted on 4Chan, the social media platform that gave birth to Qanon, raises concerns that Nancy Guthrie was abducted due to political motivations.

I don’t need to explain to you that, if in fact Qanon sympathizers played a role in the abduction, because of pardons issued by Donald Trump to Qanon, Nancy Guthrie’s abduction is now a matter of national security which might or might not involve the President.

As such,The FBI is bound to suppress that information under the national security act, which in turn, contaminates the investigation.

What isn’t clear yet is if the Nancy Guthrie abduction was meant as a message to someone, or if it was just the product of a half-baked Qanon operation, or again, if I am way off base.

Any way you slice the pizza-forgive the pun, Nancy Guthrie was the low hanging fruit in what might just be the result of Donald Trump's hateful rhetoric.

And it seems that journalists and their families are potential targets.

There seems to be value in the abduction- through its lack of speedy resolution, that might benefit The FBI, and by extension President Donald Trump.

The concerning fact here is that committing a crime that becomes a national security issue in the United States is, well, both legal and un-reportable.

Nevertheless, the scope of our allegations span the better part of 35years and touch on the debate between national security and the safety of the public at large.

I am of the opinion that the public at large is at imminent risk, that the health of all individuals has already been compromised, and democracy in The United States  has been upended through crimes conducted under the national security act.

It is implied that, at best, President Trump is a suspect in several acts of treason, and that the abduction of Nancy Guthrie is a product of his rhetoric and goals to further conceal his exposure.

Any representations herein is not a statement of facts, but rather a series of observations based on an investigation that spans decades that relies on affiliations and monetary relationships that are compared with current events.

I, Daniel Deilgat, am not in possession of any information that I know to be of national security relevance, however it is becoming obvious that further analysis might uncover such.

I believe that killing innocent individuals on a scale that can only be described as genocidal, is not a legitimate national security concern outside the confines of war.

From our perspective, in the Guthrie case, The FBI is an impediment to the resolution of Nancy Guthrie’s abduction.
