Mine to Senator Rand Paul in regards to emails destroyed by Dr. Morens.
Dear Senator Paul:
I believe someone provided me with copies of what might be the destroyed emails you referred to in your letter to AG Garland.
I no longer have those letters.
After reading them however, I wrote to the NIH in September of 2020, and from what I could see, gain of function was achieve by individuals with American political interests.
While I initially investigated Russian interests in Isle of Man shell entities that had led to allegations of modifying nuclear weapons with a virus, which was way out of my league, I soon realized that it had nothing to do with one of the subjects related to our case, former Prime Minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney.
Seems to me that Dr.Morens, and possibly Dr. Fauci, conspired to protect the United States under national security laws, not save China from embarrassment.
I have proposed to testify in front of The Senate Finance Committee. Senator Wyden’s office has my letter.
I would suppose that such testimony would be objectable from an American perspective, nevertheless, it is now memorialized.
While I am providing updates as to my findings to the Justice Department in Canada, I am not affiliated with, acting on behalf of, and/or conspiring with any third party for any purpose whatsoever ever.
This being said, I would welcome presenting any evidence I have in a court of law.
My concern is not with what has happened but rather with was is likely to re-occur, another pandemic that I anticipate will happen between 2027 and 2028, based on evidence currently curated by my office.
The Senate’s time and resources would be better managed in testimony in front of The Senate Finance Committee, as to financial transactions that support the weaponization of the virus.
Acknowledging that the fact that lying to the DOJ or for that matter any testimony in front of any Senate Committee would be a crime.
I’ll bring my own wine.
Respectfully.

Subject: For the purpose of information
Dear Dr. Erbelding,
I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to read my likely incongruous missive, based on investigative products that I am afraid would date me justly.
Let me get right to the fact, I was part of an investigating exercise years ago that specialized in acquiring information in regards to the development of weaponization of biological, non-artificial chemicals.
It was in Africa that I came across a form of weaponization of Civet oils contaminated with what we suspected was radionuclides.
I must admit that aphrodisiac delivery through and/or as perfumes was not a priority we were motivated to entertain, but nevertheless, the thoughts were acquired and frankly, it never strayed far away from memory.
I will save you a long outdrawn extrapolation of the investigative product by simply explaining that transmitting a perfume through aerosolization was a concern, if only for the fact that conditions under which Civet oils are extracted, are less than easily locatable in most cases, and that the risk of contamination was a concern, not to mention that this can be executed anywhere and by almost anyone.
Concurently, we considered that such contamination could be exploited for the purpose of weaponizing chemical and/or biological compounds. In fact, we were initially interested in the delivery of natural radioactive materials through such methods.
While we looked at several scenarios, we were concerned that such contamination- voluntary or otherwise, likely would be a threat that would be all but undetectable through the civilian manufacturing process’, and global distribution of perfume related products, for in as long as the product offered no identifiable signatures.
For example, in this case, the process of extracting Civet oils is usually conducted in environments whereas the animal is in less than hygienic cages, usually located in farming dwellings accessible to just about anyone and/or any animals such as for instance, bats.
While I do not wish to offer you qualified opinions or conjecture, I raise this issue as an informative anecdote for the purpose architectural thought process.
I recognize that I have absolutely no scientific credentials and that the mere suggestion that any COVID strains could be propagated inadvertently through every day products seems extraordinary and, perhaps, inconsistent with the current research, I came to the conclusion that it is worth commandeering your time.
Respectfully,
Daniel M. Deilgat
