Mr. Chairman, Ranking Member, Members of the Committee.

 

Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider my unsolicited statement.

 

I provide you with an abstract of my investigative product pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein to help contribute to the Committee’s important work.

 

My representations will stop short of providing direct evidence due to national security concerns.

 

First let me explain who I am and where I come from.

I am a Canadian citizen with deep roots in America, as well as in Belgian heritage.

 

I was 13 years old when I caused for the arrests of multiple drug dealers trafficking in cocaine, and since then, I have worked undercover in the private sector to advance my clients’ case. I am now 63 years old.

 

From infiltrating the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as a confidential informant in the matters that pertained to the disappearance of more than 40 prostitutes in Vancouver’s downtown East-side-for the purpose of demonstrating their role in failing to investigate the disappearances, to being retained by members of a Canadian public company, in a theft of treasury matter whereas in excess of $340 million dollars of assets was stolen from the treasury of the company.

The latter having led me to inadvertently find the origins of the funding for the 9/11 attacks pilots, 3 months before the attacks, through a scheme of shell companies incorporated in the Isle of Man, whereas, at the material times, involved Russian interests and individuals tied to the administration of George Bush Sr. and my client’s company.

 

That set of circumstances led me to allegations that former Prime Minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney, had received bribes in the Airbus matters from a Liechtenstein banker that was eventually accused of financing the 9/11 attacks.

Such caused for then Prime Minister Stephen Harper to call for an investigation into the conduct of former Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney.

 

In the US, the late Senator Carl Levin took into consideration my investigative product and was successful in levying a record fine against Riggs Bank which in turn led to its dismantling.

 

My letter to then Co-Chair of the 9/11 Commission, Dr. Kissinger, led him to resign within 48 hours of having received my concerns.

 

Then Director of the CIA, George Tenet also resigned abruptly after I address with him the failures of the CIA pertaining to the 9/11 attacks.

 

In the complex schemes of financial transactions records, there was an overwhelming re-occurrence of Russian involvement as well as groups considered as financiers of terrorism activities, for, in some cases, the benefit of North American individuals and entities.

 

At this point, my investigation turned into an exercise identifying relationships that, in time, led to individuals associated with Jeffrey Epstein and the alleged weaponization of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

 

I am of the opinion that, any investigation undertaken into the finances of Jeffrey Epstein, will clearly establish means, motive and opportunity in circumstances related to the weaponization of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

However, I am limited by the type of evidence I can and/or am allowed to obtain under either the national security act of the United States and Canada.

 

Concurrently, I am also aware of the impact that any revelations might have on the reputation of The United States and its allies, not to mention the political chaos that would ensue.

 

But the role of Epstein and his associates in the weaponization of the virus created a weapon that, in the hands of any terrorist, could be concocted at a kitchen table and kill millions of people in one aerosolization.

 

The world depends on the extent and vigour of your investigation and I look forward in collaborating with your committee.
