Re: Filling of a Notice of Claims against various agencies of the Canadian government.

We are in the final stages of filing a statement of claim against the federal government in Canada, seeking roughly $400 million dollars plus damages.

We believe we have evidence that The RCMP and the Justice department deliberately refused to investigate the Allied case because of Brian Mulroney’s past involvement in an Isle of Man company that was also in receipt of some of Allied's proceeds from the sale of cellular systems.

As your firm is the only one without conflicts in the matters- Cadman was involved with Allied’s US attorneys, I am providing you with this update.

When The RCMP refused to investigate the case and suggested that we provide our files to the CBC’s news magazine called The Fifth Estate, I was left on my own to make sense of all this. 

Eventually we would be made aware that both Harvey Cashore and Stevie Cameron were confidential informant for The RCMP.

The crux of my advice to these two was that they had the wrong Schreiber. Stevie Cameron eventually informed me that she had documents in her basement that evidenced that Mulroney received his bribes from Airbus through an Isle of Man entity called Telluride which had granted ownership of condos in Telluride Colorado to Brian Mulroney.

When in July of 2001 I advised The RCMP that all shell companies in the Isle of Man were being inexplicably liquidated, in my August conversation with Sgt. Bennington of the commercial crime division of The RCMP in Vancouver, he decided to have me talk to one Sgt. Fozard.

When he scheduled the appointment the sarcasm was thick and he set the appointment for Tuesday the 11th of September, 2001, the day of the 9/11 attacks.

Needless to say that The RCMP had no further incentive to receive my complaint.

My investigative product did make its way to an American Senate Committee and minority leader Sen. Carl Levin. Riggs Bank- the American parent company of Riggs Valmet in the Isle of Man, and the bank was fined a record 25 million dollars for having laundered proceeds from the Isle of Man shell entities.

From there, my allegations made it to investigators of the 9/11 Commission and shortly after, the newly appointed Co-Chair of the Commission, Dr. Henry Kissinger, resigned citing conflict of interests between his private practice and what we believe is entities and Russian individuals we had eluded to in our research.

Eventually I was provided with information that Brian Mulroney had received compensations through at least one Isle of Man entity related to our case, by Jules Kroll, the then CEO of Kroll Inc. in New York, which was also the parent company of Kroll Canada, a contractor for The RCMP.

He alleged that Airbus industry’s bribes to Brian Mulroney came from a Liechtenstein banker called Engelbert Schreiber, a defendant in a lawsuit in New York State that was alleged of having played a role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks by the estate of John. P. O’Neil.

Following that public statement from Kroll, I communicated with then Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and the latter immediately called for the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate Mulroney’s role in the matters.

In my communications with Stevie Cameron- a journalist formerly of the CBC and The fifth Estate, and Pat Martin an MP from Winnipeg, I made them aware that they were looking at the wrong Schreiber in the Airbus case.

In his testimony in front of the Ethics Committee, Giorgio Pelosi- an accountant for Karlheinz Schreiber, acknowledged that he shared an office with, Engelbert Schreiber Sr.

I am told that the line of questioning did not go further as any evidence used in a parliamentary hearing could not be used in a court of law.

In the mean time, unbeknownst to me, The FBI in Billings Montana conducted an investigation as to my role as a consultant in the Allied case. Special agent Matt Oravac had received a complaint from the Rogstad family but the DA didn’t want to pursue charges. When I talked to Oravac he explained the body of the complaint and I told him that asides from partial expenses, the money the shareholders paid, was sent to lawyers and not me. While shareholders had agreed to pay for expenses for our work, none of the monies received for expenses was ever misappropriated and/or fraudulently obtained.

Later the Assistant Director of The FBI apologized to me in a phone conversation.

That is when I assessed that I could not take the chance to abandon the case and any development I could identify.

While this is a brief summary of the developments in the Allied case, I am also aware of the limits of statutes of limitations.

This being said, The RCMP impeded our case when they refused to investigate the Allied case. When I set out to understand why, I found myself holding information pertaining to the 9/11 matters, then Brian Mulroney’s Airbus bribes, the murder of a Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada, a 50 billion dollars scam by an internet operator called PokerStars, and finally, alleged efforts by various individuals involved with Jeffrey Epstein to weaponize a virus, namely Covid-19.

As such, as the search to understand why The RCMP refused to investigate the Allied case, it took me far longer than a conventional police force would have, and while there is no doubt that if I found out, they already knew.

If they knew, then the statute of limitations would be extended the current status of the investigation based on the fact that The RCMP, Canada’s intelligence agencies such as The CSE knew.

The RCMP’s decision to refuse investigating the Allied case was, at the material times, at best a dereliction of duties that eventually cause for the death of millions of people around the world.

Our contention here is not that The RCMP knew what was going to happen, but rather that they decided illicitly to deliberately ignore a case for the benefit of a former Prime Minister and that as a result, money launderer were able to conduct their activities that led to numerous circumstances where, in time, millions of people paid with their lives.

That, Mr. ......., is what The RCMP inaction led to.
