In September of 2020 I reached out to the NIH to address concerns regarding the weaponization of SARS CoV-2.
In my communication with Dr. Emily Erbelding, Director of the Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID) at NIAID, I claimed the following:
"We considered that such contamination could be exploited for the purpose of weaponizing chemical and/or biological compounds."
When I say we, I am including various scientists with whom I had informal discussions with over the years, that did not wish to speak on record for various reasons.
As I reluctantly continued my research between financial transactions and the virus' timeline, I became aware that a synthetic chemical- a group of Nitro-musks and polycyclic musks had the effect of enhancing the binding of SARS CoV-2 proteins.
Nitro-musks are used in perfumes, and both Elon Musk and Donald Trump released their own lines of perfumes after the pandemic, almost as if to imply that they couldn't have had anything to do with the weaponization since their perfumes were released after the pandemic.
Since September of 2020 I withheld communicating with the NIH because frankly, I thought there is no way I am on the right track- as it often happens in complex investigations.
I will not imply to offer a qualified opinion on the matters as I am not a scientists by any stretch of the imagination however, I can communicate with scientists and I did.
As you can imagine, most individuals I talk to in the science community, once they established that my half baked theories might actually have some value, tend to agree with the wide principles I advanced but, at no time would they risk their job security for some alleged crack pot like me, no matter how accurate I might be.
They would rather keep their job at the behest of seven million people or more, whom, it must be said, are already dead...
While the NIH and NIAI can argue that over time, it did more good than bad, cowering for the sake of self preservation has become a liability for the population of America and indeed the world.
Since my initial communication and your reply, almost five years have gone by, and seemingly, we are not publicly closer to a determination on the weaponization and deployment of SARS CoV-2.
Thus, I must conclude that indeed, the NIAID either lends no credibility to my claims or it would rather prepare for another pandemic than preventing one.
Evidence of the Nitro-musks and polycyclic chemicals is in every body of water in America, indeed around the world.
Thousand of sewers tests that took place before, during and after the pandemic demonstrate an unusual peak of those synthetic chemicals.
Your own research show that Nitro-musk infect breast milk and cause breast cancer. Then again, your own publications point to a rise in breast cancer during and after the pandemic.
The political climate in America right now is parallel to the need to conceal evidence of weaponization.
In Canada, the Department of Justice has received my complaints and allegations of weaponization of the virus clearly stating- under the penalty of perjury that, Elon Musk, Donald Trump and others to be named, have played and direct role in the deliberate weaponization and deployment of chemicals that enhance the binding capabilities of Covid-19.
The DOJ in Washington was also advised with the warning that AG Pam Bondi could be in a position of treason.
An Ad-hoc advisor to Peter Thiel and Elon Musk, Curtis Yarvin, has made no secret that this group of individuals have been trying to develop a means to rebrand genocide into a morally acceptable ideal for the sake of purging unwanted groups of individuals.
All of the above is public information available against private information that my investigation curated over the years.
The Federal Reserve has financial records to support most of the evidence that is alleged privately and publicly in some cases.
I am aware that the FBI and several intelligence agencies in the United States are familiar with my claims and are deliberately smothering the evidence they considered.
While my efforts to bring to justice the claims I have advanced, both in the United States and Canada, might be uncomfortable to consider, are dismissed as conspiratorial officially but too dangerous under the national security act to follow up on.
While millions have died, the cycle we observed so far is that every eight years the virus gets more potent and more people die.
In 2028 we will find out if there will even be an election in the USA.
In the meantime, the scientific community needs to put on some fighting boots and walk the science.
Not everything in life is done on purpose, but eventually we modify things purposely.

The following is a product of financial crimes investigations that span the better part of the last 30 years. While I did some of the research, a collaboration of several dozens other investigators, along with former law enforcement and intelligence officers over the years, led to this report being what it is.
All allegations herein are solely based on available public data. Allegations of weaponizing the virus are born in the association of various individuals aligned with Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
Some financial documentation is currently held by transfer agents as well as The Federal Reserve of the United States with the express knowledge of the transfers existence by the FBI and the Department of Justice.
None of the allegations have been proven in a court of law.
In the 1880s a scientist trying to improve TNT inadvertently came across a concoction that smelled nice. From there he discovered what is now called Nitro-musks.
Nitromusks are artificial compounds, i.e., they are not found in nature. The first product of this group was accidentally discovered in 1888 by A. Baur.1 While researching explosives (nitrating aromatic compounds), he perceived the sweet musky odor of one of his intermediate reaction products (1). He later also identified Musk Xylene (2), Musk Ketone (3) and Musk Ambrette (4), all nitration products of aromatic compounds that, likewise, exhibit the typical warm and sensual musk notes. Musk Tibetene (5) and Musk Moskene (6) are also members of this group, but are of little commercial significance. Due to its phototoxicity2 and neurotoxic3 effects, the use of Musk Ambrette (4) has been restricted for more than 30 years and is thus no longer industrially important. According to the European Union Regulation No. 1907/ 2006 REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), amended in 2008, the use of Musk Xylene (6) is of particular concern and can no longer be used to perfume products for everyday use. Musk Ketone (3) remains the only nitromusk still used in Europe.
Most Nitro- musks are illegal now but some are still used in fragrances- like Chanel No.5, Elon Musk's perfume, Burnt Hair and why not, Donald Trump's Victory 45-47.
Chanel did not "switch to" nitro-musks, but rather included them in its famous fragrances from their inception in the 1920s, before phasing them out in the late 20th century

Here's a timeline of Chanel's use and eventual removal of nitro-musks:
Early 1920s: When Chanel No. 5 was created by perfumer Ernest Beaux, it famously included a high percentage of nitro-musks—mainly musk ketone. Many other perfumes from that era also relied on these synthetic musks.
1980s and 1990s: Concerns began to grow regarding the poor biodegradability, bioaccumulative properties, and potential health effects of nitro-musks.
Late 20th century: Due to increasing environmental and safety regulations, Chanel, along with the rest of the fragrance industry, began phasing out nitro-musks. International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards restricted or banned their use globally.
Present day: Chanel perfumes are formulated with modern synthetic musks, which are considered safer and more environmentally friendly. For example, some of the musk is now sourced from plants.
A little bit of history tells us, that from Coco Chanel's episodes as a German spy during Hitler's reign to Elon Musk's Nazi salute and Donald Trump's Hitler-esk policies, there are similarities that should not immediately be dismissed as coincidences.
The genocide of Native Mayans by Guatemalans as early as the 1980s seemed to be the perfect assumption that a motivation exists to seek the revenge of Mayans.
The lore of Mayans and, especially their calendar, has fuelled all kinds of conspiracies of doom over the centuries.
The ancient Maya observed the 8-year cycle of Venus by noticing that five of Venus's 584-day synodic periods almost exactly matched eight Earth years. This five-to-eight, or 5:8, rhythm was a significant astronomical alignment they integrated into their sacred calendars, associating it with the cycle of the deity Kukulcan and the periods of the Evening and Morning Stars. The term "8-year cycle" refers to the recurrence of Venus's position in the sky, which was used for highly accurate, multi-year calendar calculations.
Maya priests tracked Venus's movements, observing the 584-day synodic period and its four phases: the Evening Star, disappearance, Morning Star, and second disappearance.
They would identify specific, spiritually significant dates within each Venus cycle segment using their sacred 260-day Tzolk'in calendar.
Symbolic Meaning:
The disappearance of Venus, which occurs at the time of superior conjunction, was linked to the death and resurrection of the deity Kukulcan, the Feathered Serpent.
The 8-year pattern also connected to the 52-year "Calendar Round" and the grand 104-year "Venus Round," which involved 13 cycles of the 8-year pattern.
Significance
The 8-year cycle of Venus was more than just an astronomical coincidence; it demonstrated the Maya's sophisticated understanding of celestial movements and their integration of these cycles into their religious and ceremonial practices.
This precise astronomical knowledge allowed for accurate calendrical calculations, impacting their agriculture, architecture, and religious observances
Just about every 8 years Mayans would go to war and just about every 8 years we have some sort of viral epidemic or pandemic.
Anyone can go as far back as they want, the cycle seems to be repeating itself with eerie precision.
Shortly after the discovery of Nitro-musks as a fragrance- 30 years to be exact, the world lost 50-100 million people to the Spanish Flue.
RACE SPECIFIC FOCUS:
COVID-19 health disparities In the early years of the COVID-19 pandemic, American Indian and Alaska Native people, non-Hispanic Black people and Hispanic people had higher rates of infection and COVID-19 deaths compared with those of non-Hispanic white people.
Coincidently, America has a President who is a known racist that was financially backed by another racist with family ties that associate with Nazis, Elon Musk.
It is believed that Elon Musk with Peter Thiel, under the influence of Curtis Yarvin, also known by the pen name Mencius Moldbug, is part of a scheme to reset democracy in order to create digital nations.
In 2023 our investigation led to the study of Covid being spread through mold. Eventually, sources indicated that Yarvin's pen name was design to reflect mols as a means of spreading Covid.
Curtis Yarvin was an interesting throve of statements. When Trump was elected in 2016, Yarvin was at Peter Thiel's house celebrating the victory.
However, what is distrubing is a statement by Yarvin where he states the following when it comes to filtering people in a society:
- However it helps us describe the problem we are trying to solve. Our goal, in short, is a humane alternative to genocide. That is: the ideal solution achieves the same result as mass murder but without any of the moral stigma"
Which brings us to the Covid pandemic and the weaponization of the virus to eliminate parts of the population.
However before we can begin to appreciate the genocide, one must understand the proximity of Curtis Yarvin to the Trump Administration.
There are reports of development of mysterious fungal infection known as Mucormycosis or Black fungus in Covid-19 patients. Covid-19 patients in India also suffer with this epidemic disease (mucormycosis) with a reported case of 8848 till May 22, 2021.
That's where Yarvin got his pen name.
In Retrospect:
You have a naturally occurring virus that's been around for as far as history can see.
In 2009, that virus was found to be enhanced by man made chemicals such as Nitro- musks which in of themselves were actually developed in the late 1880s. Nitro-Musks have been found to penetrate skin- therefore you need a bio-suit to avoid contamination, not just a mask.
Synthetic nitro musks are fragrant chemicals found in household and personal care products. The use of these products leads to direct exposures via dermal absorption, as well as inhalation of contaminated dust and volatilized fragrances.
It is a working theory that Elon Musk came onto this chemical concoction while working on improving micro-explosions to enhance the performance of rocket fuels, influenced by Russian research.
Them comes the likes of Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and Curtis Yarvin- who's philosophy explores how to create genocidal acts without the moral stigma. Through Thiel and Musk, they control Donald Trump, JD Vance, and just about every intelligence agencies and federal law enforcement in the US by having eyes on everything through another Thiel data company, Palantir.
Evidence of the weaponization of the pandemic is being systematically erased to avoid undue scandalous claims, however, networks of entities worldwide were monitored and information curated by countless financial investigators, that can substantiate these allegations of genocide, but, the American government doesn't want to hear it and, countries currently being attacked with inexplicable tariffs are not willing to cause trauma to their own economies.
So where does that leave the safety of every citizens of the world?
Billions will be killed and the rest somehow enslaved in an Artificial Intelligence subjugation.
That is the goal of organizations such as Praxis which currently boast having more than 100,000 citizens with a total net worth of in excess of 900 billion.
The million dollar question is why do this to the world?
Why kill billions of people?
The answer is simple, they believe the planet is over populated with non-white people, and people need to be diluted.
To understand the Epstein scandal is to appreciate that first and foremost, Epstein moved money around for people that didn't want others to know they moved money around.
To be clear, Epstein was no money launderer, he was a money mover, for third parties.
None of it has anything to do with weaponizing Sars however, Epstein allegedly introduce Musk to JP Morgan.
Now as I said, Epstein was a money mover.
When Elon Musk used Epstein as a front, the latter was dumfounded when he learned of Musk's intent to reduce the population of the planet. Of course Epstein is dead now but he likely confided as much to Maxwell and both probably had a good laugh about it.
The problem is, Musk wanted Trump re-elected and what better way than to have a President in the middle of a crisis to polarize the electorate...
Kimbal Musk has been a Director of Tesla since 2004 which means that Epstein had access to a Board member in 2011-2012.
Oddly enough this is the same time frame when Elon Musk grew an interests in biological weaponry.
The Federal Reserve has documents of various transfers some of which appear to be for the purchase of chemicals, Nitro-Musks to be precise, so does JP Morgan and its CEO Jamie Dimon.
Donald Trump and Elon Musk are aware of the documents pertaining to transfers held by the Federal Reserve and this is one of the reasons why they want to install a loyalist at the helm of the Federal Reserve Bank to erase such transfers.
If you can observe an overwhelming quality in someone, you can rest assured that the opposite of such quality also exists in that same person- Carl Jung.
I was the dumbest guy in any room I was in. It wasn't on purpose, I was really dumb...
So ignorant I was, that people never bothered to be concerned about talking out loud around me.
Suddenly my dumbassness was tilted 180 degrees into a skill tailor made to acquire information surreptitiously.
Over the years I acquired specific information about money laundering and thefts, but now that I am intelligent, I say curated information I was privy to without the specific knowledge of individuals.

As it turns out Adnan Khashoggi- for those who don't know, he was an arms dealer, maybe the biggest one at one time, wanted to see me...
It would be years before I would realize that his international Intelligence connections found me, well, at the very least amusing.
He introduced himself because I had no clue who he was and when he did, I remembered being warned about him by my clients.
His message to me was succinct, he saw in me something that he valued- a thief not working for his side... That's a quote.
He warned me about things I would see and how painful it would be to make sense of it all.
He said I would meet evil- which to be honest, I thought I just did...
Later I would find that he had companies in The Isle of Man that I researched.
Eventually, I found out that he was trying to warn me about the 9/11 attacks. He kept talking about General Augusto Pinochet, that he was the key through his bank accounts at Riggs Bank- he called it the CIA's bank.
I kinda dwelled into the financing of the attacks to a point where I tried to warn Canadian authorities, in June, July and August of 2001, about the strange liquidation of assets in a slew of Isle of Man entities.
Data collection at the RCMP is like a bible, it doesn't get updated very often if at all so, Sgt Bennington though I was a whack job -we have it again here where someone thinks I'm dumb and they can say anything, be he arranged to set up an appointment with me for the Tuesday September 11th, 2001 at 09:00 sharp...
I called that morning to his office in Vancouver from Toronto where I was watching the World Trade Center burn. I told Sgt. Fozard that I was guessing Bennington meant 9 O'clock New York time...
In time me and the New York Times independently came across transactions that involved Jeffrey Epstein, as well as others including former President George H.W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher, John Majors and our very own Brian Mulroney.
Every single one of them had interactions with one Engelbert Schreiber Sr. - A Liechtenstein banker, who at the time was being sued in the US for his role in the financing of the 9/11 attacks.
I tried my best since then to get this the attention it seemed to deserve and Senator Carl Levin, at one point, took my investigative product and went after Augusto Pinochet and Riggs Bank. Pinochet died of an apparent heart attack and Riggs Bank was fined a record 25 million and sold for parts.
I went after George Tenet- then Director of the CIA and he resigned shortly after, so did Dr. Kissinger in his capacity as Co-Chair of the 9/11 Commission when I stressed that he was in a conflict of interests.
It wasn't until the summer of 2020 that I looked back at my files and suddenly found parallels between the pandemic and financial relationships.
Eventually I made a rather improbable connection between Elon Musk and the weaponization of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The problem is, he's the richest idiot in the world...
I looked at this for the better part of 4 years before I was comfortable disclosing my findings and at that, still today, I wish I just would have not poked the devil in the ass.
What I found I am sure, would scare Khashoggi but in a weird twist I suspect that it is the Vatican that is actually curating the aggregate of my findings.
The witness that established the weaponization of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
But First.
It would be in the best interests of America to enhance the SARS-CoV-2 virus and then blame China.
By having evidence-as they do, against Musk and Trump for weaponizing and deploying the virus, and then blame China, America failed to achieve the desired outcome, to destroy China's economy.
Sources at US military intelligence, could suggest that Musk and Trump are liabilities to the interests of America, thus lay the ground work to manipulate both through blackmail.
Still, COVID was weaponized and deployed in a bio-chemical attack format.
Using viruses as weapons was first thought of in the 1600s.
While it might seem like a far-fetched conspiracy, in the 1800s a scientist discovered Nitro-musks by accident when attempting to enhance the explosivity of TNT.
Eventually, it was found that properties of such chemicals penetrate skin and enhance the binding of viruses proteins.
Ergo the weaponization of SARS-CoV-2 through perfumes and in some cases huge generator fans such as those deployed by Musk in Memphis and elsewhere around the world.
While it is up for debate as to how China was attacked, a Canadian bio-chemist- of Chinese origins working in a lab in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada was originally thought of as a suspect before it was realized that she might have evidence against intelligence operations initiated by the Americans.
"An assessment by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) found that Qiu had "intentionally" shared scientific information with China."
According to the documents, CSIS conducted multiple security screenings of the couple.The service had a more rosy initial assessment of Qiu's motivation, noting in spring of 2020 that she could be "susceptible ... based on the belief in the power of science to help humanity."
Dr. Xiangguo Qiu also collaborated with US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, as well as China.
Qiu and her husband likely hold the data that ascertains the provenance of Covid-19
My name is Daniel Deilgat, I am a financial crimes investigator.
Over the last 35 years I have curated evidence that reached the shores of the Isle of Man, where 340 million dollars US, of my client’s money was laundered.
I have limited my public disclosures to the media with the Wall Street Journal’s Mark Robichaux in the late 90’s, and Tim O’Brien of the New York Times.
Both Robichaux and O’Brien have long moved on.
O’Brien had requested to meet with me but I refused, I was more interested about what he knew of Vladimir Putin’s role in Isle of Man companies.
An Isle of Man individual by the name of Peter Michael Bond acted on behalf of Putin in Yukos Oil and in various entities related to my client’s case and the illicit commissions paid to former Prime Minster of Canada, Brian Mulroney. Bond also acted as secretary in companies that financed the 9/11 pilots.
I advised the authorities here in Canada in July of 2001 of abnormal and unexpected liquidation in various Isle of Man entities.
A meeting was set to discuss the evidence for Tuesday the 11th of September 2001, at 09:00 sharp, with The RCMP in Vancouver, British Columbia not without a tone of sarcasm that I did not understand at the time.
After the attacks, my investigative product was used in a Senate investigation by Senator Carl Levin against Riggs Bank, the parent company of the incorporator in the Isle of Man, Riggs-Valmet Ltd.
The Justice Department reached a deal with Peter Bond in return for his testimony in an apparently unrelated case and my work was handed to the investigators of the 9/11 Commission.
Soon afterward, Dr Kissinger resigned as Co-Chair of the Commissions- hours after my work became part of the investigative framework of the Commission and, George Tenet resigned as Director of the CIA.
It took a minister from the Canadian government to counsel Condoleezza Rice and convince her not to quit as the President’s National Security Advisor.
Richard Clark- I am told, apologized to the American people in his testimony in front of the Commission without acknowledging that he was aware of my investigative work that could have prevented the attacks.
It is reasonable that, given the interests and individuals involved, the evolution of their actions are reaching today’s current geopolitical climate.
In September of 2020 the data I curated, led me to analyze the relationships of various individuals and their financial interests from the SARS CoV-2 epidemic.
I advised the National Institute of Health “The NIH”, that month, that I had reasons to believe that the virus was either spread through or had a biological history related to perfumes.
In late 2024 I began floating a theory that Elon Musk and Donald Trump were aware of, had interests in and/or have deployed and weaponized the SARS CoV-2 for ulterior political motives.
As it stands, I have advance that a type of Nitro-musk is used to enhance the binding of the virus’ protein to human lungs and other areas of the human physiology.
Make no mistake, I clearly understands how that may sound to a layman. It took me 3 years to satisfy myself as to the validity of the evidence and the confidential concurrence of some in the scientific community, some recently discharged by the Trump Administration that worked at the NIH.
The evidence of such biological agent is readily monitorable, in just about all sewer tests conducted throughout the world as I write this because, that specific chemical, does not dilute in water and remains in water streams somewhat permanently.
The presence of that chemical, in the sewers and streams were monitored well before the pandemic and after. Recently it was confirmed that a significant and inexplicable amount of such chemical now is present, that wasn’t there before the pandemic.
The evidence seems to point to Elon Musk and his financial partners as well as Donald Trump however, it isn’t clear yet if both Trump and Musk have been set up by a third party to have the appearance of having used a biological weapon, or if the threat of having them accused of such, guides the current political winds in America.
I have not confirmed the possibility that individual might be considering testifying as whistleblowers however, their involvement seems dubious and ill supported by facts.
That no one in the media is simply trying to confirm the claims in relation to Nitro-musks- which could take a 20 minute conversation with just about any virologists worth his salt, is inexplicable.
Confirming the presence of the chemical and the surge of it since the pandemic, is also an easy enough exercise, at expense that even I can afford.
I’ve had access to military virologist, scientist from the Pasteur Institute and well as the NIH, all of which would not be comfortable confirming the findings for a number of personal and professional reasons.
None denied the validity of the claims I set forth, and none want to ever have that discussion again with me.
Since I began this analysis both Trump and Musk have produced their own perfumes.
None of the claims herein have been subjected to the scrutiny of any legal review, yet.
We are awaiting an answer from the Prime Minister of Canada, The Right Honourable Mark Carney.
