Micro-explosive breakup of heterogeneous liquid droplets can enhance controlled secondary atomization in specific areas of reactors, combustion chambers, heat exchangers, and mixers. To apply this mechanism in various practical applications, it is necessary to identify conditions when child droplets have predictable sizes. Available models of micro-explosive breakup can describe the processes in a heterogeneous droplet until its destruction with high accuracy and considerable detail. This study presents a mathematical model to predict the number and sizes of child droplets in the micro-explosive breakup of two-component droplets. A comparison of mathematical modeling results with experimental data indicated that they are in good agreement (with no more than a 10% deviation). The initial problem statement was refined with respect to geometry, the number of variables considered, effects, and processes. History is not some gossip that is best left in the past, it isn't adaptable and you can't change it, you learn from it. Everyone knows that history is a painful reminder that men like Hitler exist and that many people think just like he did. Behind every manipulation of facts, exists another monster.

My story is simple yet unlikely imaginable. 

I found out accidentally where the cash came from, that went to the 9/11 terrorists that flew the planes into the twin towers, almost two months before the attacks, and nobody listened. 

My assistant- Paul C., on that morning told me that this was related to our case- a matter where 340 million dollars was embezzled from the treasury of a company then called Allied Cellular Systems Inc.

I thought he was nuts and I cut the conversation short. He was right and I was still dumb.

The truth however is much more mundane, I was in way over my head, I just couldn't wrap my mind around the magnitude of what was happening. It took me a few years to make sense of it all, after I sat on the edge of a bridge in a town called St-Catharines, in Ontarian-that's in Canada btw, with a Glock and a forty pounder of Glenfiddich.

By then, I understood that I knew something complex and that I couldn't understand it.

But, I convinced myself that this is not how I wanted to be remembered, yet I had no clue as to where to go from there. Sitting at a coffee shop later that evening, trying to sober up, an acquaintance of mine who was a doctor, met me there, couldn't understand why I was crying like a little girl and, signed me up for a psych evaluation.

In that 30 days, I met with a psychiatrists- he's probably still alive, that in the end summarized that I was lying about the whole thing. The guy freaked me out half of his face was burnt up- I guess he was a fire victim, every time I looked at him I focused on his face wondering how one goes through life like that. I was wondering if he himself was a former patient turned psychiatrist, blinded by his own explanation of his personal trauma...

That's when I understood that no matter what I say, those who think they are smart and have the option to make educated guesses, seldomly go that far, instead they judge.

He was wrong, I wasn't lying I just couldn't get into details that might or might not pertain to national security- or could get him killed. I just didn't know how dangerous what I knew really was.

Turns out that when American Senator Carl Levin read my investigative product, he conducted a Senate investigation which, substantiated my claims while leaving some details that today, are coming back to haunt us all.

Part of my analysis revolved around General Augusto Pinochet and the date where he conducted a coup in Chile and assassinated Dr. Allende. That date was the 11th of September.

He passed the whole thing to the 9/11 Commission and less than a few days after he was appointed, Dr. Henry Kissinger resigned as Co-Chair of the Commission when he realized that some of his private practice clients-Russians, put him in a conflict with his duties as a Co-Chair of the Commission, no shit Sherlock.

Our initial investigation looked into payments made to Isle of Man shell entities when my clients' cellular Systems were sold under their noses. We would find out that the shell entities were ran by a subsidiary of Riggs Bank in DC called Riggs-Valmet Ltd. IoM, located in Douglas in the Isle of Man.

That this enterprise relied heavily of schemes designed by Peat Marwick-the consulting firm. While contacts in the Isle of Man Registrar of companies tried to impress on us that former politicians like George H.W. Bush Sr.-former President of the United States, Margaret Thatcher- former Prime Minister of Great Britain, John Majors- former Prime Minister of Great Britain as well as Canada's own former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, were involved in various entities of the Peat Marwick schemes, I didn't see any connections at the time with our case, although all of them were conservatives.

It would be later that with the assist of financial investigators in Denmark and with the FBI's John P.O'Neil, a former anti-terrorism Officer in Charge, that I would get flooded with information that, as it turns out, would take me years to unravel.

It wasn't until recently that I was able to satisfy my curiosity when it was alleged that Peter Thiel had executed financial transactions with, yeah I know, Jeffrey Epstein.

A guy that resembles Jeffery Epstein stood in my Montreal offices years before asking me if I could gain access to a guy in prison. Not sure if he was asking if I was in the business of killing people.

I say resemble because I was introduced to Epstein in a Montreal strip club called The SuperSexe while investigating former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, and the guy sittin' in my office seem to look like Epstein- whom I met in a dimly lit place. 

Before I get any further here, one needs to understand that I had no credentials whatsoever to be involved in, let alone run an investigation of this breath.

The only thing I have ever done in terms of investigating, was to find a missing girl for a friend of a friend in Montreal that ended up being killed by a pig farmer in Vancouver, British-Columbia.

Over the years I have provided unsolicited advise to both the American and Canadian governments. Recently I advised the Canadian Justice Department that I was made aware of the possibility that canola crops might be targeted as a means to further weaponize the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Something about micro-explosions.

There was no immediate reply from the Justice Department and that complicates my job and the national security of Canada.     

Maybe, any acknowledgement by the Canadian government would force them to pay $340 million in damages caused by their lack of timely action in my clients' case, a matter in which my fee has now tripled to $45 million- full disclosure.   

For one, I can't tell if they think I'm a crackpot, if they are trying to avoid paying my clients or if they already know. What might end up happening is that I inadvertently disclose data of national security interest in court, and they decide to charge me. In fact the last 20 years of my life I have been held in suspension teetering in between national security or having someone killed based on any information I would, could and/or should release.

Now, I don't believe for a minute that what I know they don't, in fact they know because, well, at the very least I told them but yet, they have a problem and that is, how does Canada tell its biggest trade and security partner that we know you are conducting operations that so far has killed in excess of 16 million people worldwide.

More to the point which liabilities does Canada carry, what did they know?

Which country would want to cause for legal prosecution against the United States that could very well bankrupt the country, or worst, have the United States attacked by more than 200 countries in retaliation for weaponizing a virus.

In my experience, like 9/11, they will decide to act when it is too late, it already is. Already 16 million people or more have died worldwide, but thankfully I don't have to live another 30 years wondering how much more I could have done.

The goal for people like Elon Musk and Peter Thiel is not to conceal their animus, they want a panic, they want the world order to unravel, they say so to anyone that cares listening to them. There are countless reports of how they support Curtis Yarvin's vision of making genocides morally acceptable- some through biological attacks, you can literally search that on the internet.

They know of my claims and they hope that my initiative will create a panic that would accelerate the demise of the United States.

If I don't say a word they are still going to contaminate ambient air around the planet and weaponize a new version of the Coronavirus, that much is clear, but what isn't clear is what governments worldwide are doing to prevent that.

The answer so far is, apparently nothing.

In the US and elsewhere in the western world, governments are waiting until its citizens are polarized to the point that a revolution begins, and when that happens, democratic governments will fall and autocrats will lead.

Tech terrorists like Elon Musk and Peter Thiel will then take over as millions will die in the wake of their delusional aspirations.

CONSPIRACY THEORY OR CAPITALISM:

For those whom thought that for years I was a conspiracy theorists or a nut job, consider this, the FBI knew for years about our case. Special Agent Matt Oravac of the Billings Montana field office tried to charge me. When I discussed the issue with him he told me that the FBI computer has something about the Allied Case.

When he told me that the DA didn't want to charge me, I spoke to an officials at the FBI's headquarter in Washington DC that apologized to me for Oravac's attempts to derail our case.

I explained how 7 million dollars had already been spent investigating this, lawyers hired and court fillings filed, again he apologized.

Later, Oravac was found to have failed to properly investigate the murder of Indians...

In Canada an official complaint was made in 1995 to the RCMP's Division E detachment in Vancouver, British Columbia, in regards to the Alled case where $340 million was stolen from the treasury.

Subsequently we advise the then Prime Minister of Canada that our case was ignored because former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney had received bribes through one of the shell companies we investigated in the Isle of Man, that was created by KPMG Peat Marwick.

The Prime Minister- Stephen Harper, called for the appointment of a Royal Commissions when we alleged that Mulroney received bribes from a Liechtenstein banker who was accused of financing the 9/11 attacks.

Do you know any conspiracy theorists that would have taken these circumstances that far, for the last 30 years?

That's who I am and my clients are owed over $340 million dollars plus damages and I am owed $45 million dollars for my work.

IN CONCLUSION:

We are of the opinion that waiting for the authorities to act in the matters is as futile as it is unreasonable.

The risks to millions of lives and those who have already have been lost justifies immediate action without further delay.

We will begin to prepare a legal action against all involved, to seek appropriate damages for all interested parties.

Forgive my lack of proper communication protocols.

I have advised the mayor and the city council of Memphis, that the city itself might be used as a local to deploy variants of Nitro-musks in order to enhance the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

While research is needed to ascertain the claims, I trust that you can confirm our preliminary findings through your own scientific research as well as tests that were conducted in municipal sewers and various bodies of water throughout Canada. 

In 1999, research established how nitros can bind to various internal organs as well as any virus such organs can be afflicted with.

We possess raw data that in fact Canada’s canola crops might also have been targeted through research conducted by Russian scientists.

We suspect that the release of Nitro-musk through the operation of several generators used to power Elon Musk’s super computers, located in Memphis, either are, or offer the opportunity, to deploy such chemicals, that in turn bind to organs of the human body.

Research shows that nitros are absorbed through the skin as well as through respiration.

The research is there to confirm my claims and any timely inaction in the matters could result in millions more deaths.

Other less scientific evidence points to the enhancement of breast cancer, which might or might not be related to the spike in amount of breast cancer cases in Memphis, the leading city in America for breast cancer cases.

Canada has a responsibility to provide adequate timely actions to prevent mass casualties and our failure to do so, could not only lead to extraordinary liabilities, financial or otherwise, but could also jeopardize our sovereignty.

My body of work since 1990 has been constantly casually ignored however, I was the one that forced the appointment of a Royal Commission against Brian Mulroney, as well as at least one American Senate investigation on the provenance of funds that financed the 9/11 attacks, that resulted in the closure of Riggs Bank, a DC diplomatic bank.

Without pretending that the data I curate meets the threshold of evidence to secure a conviction, my timely warnings were never misleading, inaccurate or conspirational, in the last 35 years. 

I never attempted to monetize my body of work.

However, either through a lack of competence, threat to self serving interests or clear dereliction of duty, Canadian officials have led the administration of governance into a criminal conspiracy with the United States.

That means that at this point if Canada doesn’t act appropriately, there will be an opportunity, see a necessity, for the commencement of legal proceeding against Canada and/or its appointed officials.

In 2001 I inadvetedly discovered the funding schemes behind the 9/11 attacks at least two months before the attacks.

Nobody listen then and I hope you do not make the same mistake.

There are over 70 financial crimes investigators like myself working on a file whereas we have reasons to suspect that Elon Musk and his associates- including President Trump, have played a role in the weaponization of SARS-CoV-2, as well as the deployment of chemicals into the atmosphere that enhance the bindability of COVID’s proteins.

I have filed a complaint here in Canada with the relevant authorities as well as with the DOJ. As such law enforcement and intelligence agencies know who I am, what I am saying and all understand the risks to national security.

In the 9/11 case, A Senate committee used my investigative product as an initial blue print of where how and when. That report of mine was also transmitted to the 9/11 commission.

This being said, I have reasons to believe that Nitro-musk have been and/or will be released in Memphis through in part- but not limited to gas engines such as generators.

I cannot tell you if the federal government is in your city to curb the efforts of propagation, or to protect them.

Nitro-musks have been known to augment risks of breast cancers in women. 

In Memphis, Breast cancer is a major health concern, especially among African-American women. In fact, among the nation's largest cities, Memphis has the highest disparity in breast cancer mortality, with African-American women being twice as likely to die from the disease as their White counterparts.

You can also find elevated presence of Nitro-musks in your bodies of water and your sewers as your pre
vious tests would establish.

It is important that you are made aware of such.

Is the United States Heading for Bankruptcy, or War.

 While there has been all kinds of litigation in the 9/11 case, the alleged weaponization of SARS-CoV-2 and the deployment of chemicals that enhanced the virus dwarfs the loss of lives.

As an unwilling financial investigator I was privy to a multitude of financial information that meant very little at times.

For example when I warned the federal police in Canada of strange liquidations in overseas shell entities, I didn't know at the time that I was warning of the financing of the 9/11 attacks, 3 months before it happened.

A Senate investigation co-chaired by Sen. Carl Levin eventually used my investigative product and, well, found that I was right.

The problem was that the United States became liable when they failed to act and as such, investigations were diluted to avoid legal claims against the government.

A former National Security advisor to then President Bush, Richard Clark, would later apologize to the American People for his failures, without acknowledging what these failures were.

I curated data on these financial syndicates since 1990 and, In September of 2020 to be precise, I first advised the NIH that I suspected that Covid was weaponized through, in part, perfumes.

Turns out again that I was somewhat right. Perfumes such as Chanel No.5 contain synthetic chemicals known as Nitro-musks.These chemicals enhanced the bindability of the SARS-CoV-2 proteins.

As a result the virus became much more potent and also enabled the Covid to enter a human body through the skin.

When Elon Musk produced a perfume called Burnt Hair it seemed that he was producing evidence that could offer him deniability. Then Trump came out with his own perfume...

The problem that these guys never considered was that these synthetic chemicals do not dilute easy in nature. As a result the evidence of the excessive presence of these chemicals was and is still present in sewers and bodies of water around the world.

Concurrently, Nitros have been known to cause breast cancer and, as you might guess, breast cancer cases have skyrocketed after the pandemic.

Nevertheless, much has to be defined in order to understand exactly how the pandemic came about.

The problem is that parties involved in the weaponization of the virus and concealment of the evidence, could be sued and getting to that point raises a bunch of other real life issues like, a growing sense of panic due to the potential weaponization of any biological agents. 

Not to mention the trillions of dollars in claims that would ensue.

This all started with a construct of shell companies incubated by Peat Marwick and Riggs Bank, designed to hide funds for purposes not related to tax evasion, but secrecy.

In this secrecy cocoon was born the suggestion that millions of individuals can be wiped out without discrimination, perhaps the most feared reality we might have to live with from now on, and a weapon more powerful than any army.

Mine to the NIH, re: SARS C-CoV-2 weaponization .

 In September of 2020 I reached out to the NIH to address concerns regarding the weaponization of SARS CoV-2.

In my communication with Dr. Emily Erbelding, Director of the Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID) at NIAID, I claimed the following:

"We considered that such contamination could be exploited for the purpose of weaponizing chemical and/or biological compounds."

When I say we, I am including various scientists with whom I had informal discussions with over the years, that did not wish to speak on record for various reasons.

As I reluctantly continued my research between financial transactions and the virus' timeline, I became aware that a synthetic chemical- a group of Nitro-musks and polycyclic musks had the effect of enhancing the binding of SARS CoV-2 proteins.

Nitro-musks are used in perfumes, and both Elon Musk and Donald Trump released their own lines of perfumes after the pandemic, almost as if to imply that they couldn't have had anything to do with the weaponization since their perfumes were released after the pandemic.

Since September of 2020 I withheld communicating with the NIH because frankly, I thought there is no way I am on the right track- as it often happens in complex investigations.

I will not imply to offer a qualified opinion on the matters as I am not a scientists by any stretch of the imagination however, I can communicate with scientists and I did.

As you can imagine, most individuals I talk to in the science community, once they established that my half baked theories  might actually have some value, tend to agree with the wide principles I advanced but, at no time would they risk their job security for some alleged crack pot like me, no matter how accurate I might be.

They would rather keep their job at the behest of seven million people or more, whom, it must be said, are already dead...

While the NIH and NIAI  can argue that over time, it did more good than bad, cowering for the sake of self preservation has become a liability for the population of America and indeed the world.

Since my initial communication and your reply, almost five years have gone by, and seemingly, we are not publicly closer to a determination on the weaponization and deployment of SARS CoV-2.

Thus, I must conclude that indeed, the NIAID either lends no credibility to my claims or it would rather prepare for another pandemic than preventing one.

Evidence of the Nitro-musks and polycyclic chemicals is in every body of water in America, indeed around the world.

Thousand of sewers tests that took place before, during and after the pandemic demonstrate an unusual peak of those synthetic chemicals.

Your own research show that Nitro-musk infect breast milk and cause breast cancer. Then again, your own publications point to a rise in breast cancer during and after the pandemic.

The political climate in America right now is parallel to the need to conceal evidence of weaponization.

In Canada, the Department of Justice has received my complaints and allegations of weaponization of the virus clearly stating- under the penalty of perjury that, Elon Musk, Donald Trump and others to be named, have played and direct role in the deliberate weaponization and deployment of chemicals that enhance the binding capabilities of Covid-19.

The DOJ in Washington was also advised with the warning that AG Pam Bondi could be in a position of treason.

An Ad-hoc advisor to Peter Thiel and Elon Musk, Curtis Yarvin, has made no secret that this group of individuals have been trying to develop a means to rebrand genocide into a morally acceptable ideal for the sake of purging unwanted groups of individuals.

All of the above is public information available against private information that my investigation curated over the years.

The Federal Reserve has financial records to support most of the evidence that is alleged privately and publicly in some cases.

I am aware that the FBI and several intelligence agencies in the United States are familiar with my claims and are deliberately smothering the evidence they considered.

While my efforts to bring to justice the claims I have advanced, both in the United States and Canada, might be uncomfortable to consider, are dismissed as conspiratorial officially but too dangerous under the national security act to follow up on.

While millions have died, the cycle we observed so far is that every eight years the virus gets more potent and more people die.

In 2028 we will find out if there will even be an election in the USA.

In the meantime, the scientific community needs to put on some fighting boots and walk the science.

From a deer's anus to the Mayans calendar, to pandemics: How Corona viruses were weaponized.

Not everything in life is done on purpose, but eventually we modify things purposely.

Disclaimer:

The following is a product of financial crimes investigations that span the better part of the last 30 years. While I did some of the research, a collaboration of several dozens other investigators, along with former law enforcement and intelligence officers over the years, led to this report being what it is.

All allegations herein are solely based on available public data. Allegations of weaponizing the virus are born in the association of various individuals aligned with Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

Some financial documentation is currently held by transfer agents as well as The Federal Reserve of the United States with the express knowledge of the transfers existence by the FBI and the Department of Justice. 

None of the allegations have been proven in a court of law.

In the 1880s a scientist trying to improve TNT inadvertently came across a concoction that smelled nice. From there he discovered what is now called Nitro-musks.

Nitromusks are artificial compounds, i.e., they are not found in nature. The first product of this group was accidentally discovered in 1888 by A. Baur.1 While researching explosives (nitrating aromatic compounds), he perceived the sweet musky odor of one of his intermediate reaction products (1). He later also identified Musk Xylene (2), Musk Ketone (3) and Musk Ambrette (4), all nitration products of aromatic compounds that, likewise, exhibit the typical warm and sensual musk notes. Musk Tibetene (5) and Musk Moskene (6) are also members of this group, but are of little commercial significance. Due to its phototoxicity2 and neurotoxic3 effects, the use of Musk Ambrette (4) has been restricted for more than 30 years and is thus no longer industrially important. According to the European Union Regulation No. 1907/ 2006 REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), amended in 2008, the use of Musk Xylene (6) is of particular concern and can no longer be used to perfume products for everyday use. Musk Ketone (3) remains the only nitromusk still used in Europe.

Most Nitro- musks are illegal now but some are still used in fragrances- like Chanel No.5, Elon Musk's perfume, Burnt Hair and why not, Donald Trump's Victory 45-47.

Chanel did not "switch to" nitro-musks, but rather included them in its famous fragrances from their inception in the 1920s, before phasing them out in the late 20th century

. 

Here's a timeline of Chanel's use and eventual removal of nitro-musks:

• Early 1920s: When Chanel No. 5 was created by perfumer Ernest Beaux, it famously included a high percentage of nitro-musks—mainly musk ketone. Many other perfumes from that era also relied on these synthetic musks.
• 1980s and 1990s: Concerns began to grow regarding the poor biodegradability, bioaccumulative properties, and potential health effects of nitro-musks.
• Late 20th century: Due to increasing environmental and safety regulations, Chanel, along with the rest of the fragrance industry, began phasing out nitro-musks. International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards restricted or banned their use globally.
• Present day: Chanel perfumes are formulated with modern synthetic musks, which are considered safer and more environmentally friendly. For example, some of the musk is now sourced from plants. 

A little bit of history tells us, that from Coco Chanel's episodes as a German spy during Hitler's reign to Elon Musk's Nazi salute and Donald Trump's Hitler-esk policies, there are similarities that should not immediately be dismissed as coincidences.

The genocide of Native Mayans by Guatemalans as early as the 1980s seemed to be the perfect assumption that a motivation exists to seek the revenge of Mayans.

The lore of Mayans and, especially their calendar, has fuelled all kinds of conspiracies of doom over the centuries. 

The ancient Maya observed the 8-year cycle of Venus by noticing that five of Venus's 584-day synodic periods almost exactly matched eight Earth years. This five-to-eight, or 5:8, rhythm was a significant astronomical alignment they integrated into their sacred calendars, associating it with the cycle of the deity Kukulcan and the periods of the Evening and Morning Stars. The term "8-year cycle" refers to the recurrence of Venus's position in the sky, which was used for highly accurate, multi-year calendar calculations.

However, what is distrubing is a statement by Yarvin where he states the following when it comes to filtering people in a society:

Which brings us to the Covid pandemic and the weaponization of the virus to eliminate parts of the population.
